I also tweaked my pulldowns recently. I saw the discussion on partial reps with Mike israetel. So now I focus on maximum stretch at the top and stop higher over my chest than I used to. I dont think I use different weight but the stretch and contraction feels much better. "Back Guy" im coming for you!

I like the sound effects you use,I'm in my 4th month of working out after a 15 year layoff,my bench back then was 225 for 6 reps had started at 115 8 years earlier,this time I started at 65,and now at 130. I'm 65 years old and glad I got back to weight lifting,your videos keep me entertained and motivated. I have 2 mottos keep pushing and the main one KTBC "Keep The Body Confused" different exercises, reps,and angles,which encourages growth. Keep the video coming I love them❤

I remember you asking on ig about how to feel your lats and for me what’s always helped is disengaging your scapula at the top to really stretch it out then retracting them before starting to pull using your elbows.
I'm just doing sumo deadlifts and no other exercises for my lats, but they're visible forward. When im posing, they're going square, what the hell is with my spine ? And how can i stop their growth ?

I have the same experience with the reps getting easier. I don't know how many times I've felt like the weights were a little heavy on the first set, then I just blow through the second set. It's like it takes a few reps to get my muscles coordinated, even though I'm warmed up.
Ok rewatched the bench part like 5 or 6 times now…. Patty you do not need to apologize for anything… even the king of pushing it to the limit…Sam Sulek would definitely be impressed with that level of performance… you got heart baby girl ❤and your results speak louder than words ..im the immortal phoenix and I approve these words
