      Jose just hung out the golden boys and MLB blackballed him.

    • @karaoconnoraliasraidra
      @karaoconnoraliasraidra 2 месяца назад

      @@sarcastichillbilly9910Facts. That’s evident by people labeling him a “snitch” and not a liar. If he had been lying, they would have called him a liar and pointed out the lies, but instead they labeled him a tattletale because they couldn’t refute what he was saying. For all the lip service they gave, they didn’t care about him doing it, just that he talked about other people doing it. They also claim they’re against gambling even though they have betting odds on the MLB Network ticker and now have betting areas in some MLB ballparks.

      @Bee Hates You If you wanted to compete for top dollar and if your intent was to lead the league in homeruns, you did PED's. Simple as that and that includes Thomas and Thome. It just comes down to who was caught and who wasn't. They couldn't nail everyone.

"I took them to recover from injury" or "163 games is a grueling season, i took them to be strong in September". that's a lot easier to say then, "i took them because it helped me become a better athlete, which in turn helped me sign that 100 million dollar contract".

Frank Thomas, you are a stand up guy... Pete is Pete, that's a tough one there ? his numbers alone define he SHOULD be in the HOF, but as any MLB player will tell you, theres a sign in every locker room stating that there will be NO BETTING on baseball.... the boys might be right as time goes on regarding that ? time will tell ? but the FACT is, the MLB only wants to protect its own image and TRY to act pure and honest, when they have as much corruption , controversy and scandals as anybody.. all you have to do is look at the Houston Astro scandal recently, they tried to sweep that under the rug as fast as possible,and it only goes to one thing, MONEY.. Jose, I always hope you hang in there, yeah, you have made some mistakes, and at some point finally get the respect you just might deserve as a lot of people are hypocrites... hopefully, I'll run across you !!!

    Frank is pure class. I wish he would be a community leader, especially in Chicago, maybe he could make a difference and help get some sanity onto the streets where there are 50,60,70 shootings EVERY WEEKEND!!! Not sure if he can be a difference maker, but I can't think of a better example and communicator.

    Pete Rose is one of the greatest baseball players who ever lived. He doesn't need the hall of fame to validate that. His numbers speak for themselves.
    Side note: The '76 Reds were the greatest baseball team of all-time.

    • @Xbangsplot
      @Xbangsplot 3 года назад

      I was a young teenager when my cousin married Joel Youngblood who went on to play with this great Reds team. He gave me an autographed ball with the whole team on it, including Rose. Youngblood was not a star player but he is the only player in MLB to have a hit with two different teams on the same day.

    If I owned a professional baseball team (which will never happen unless I win the Powerball), but if I did, Jose Canseco would have a job as a hitting coach on my team. Steroids or not, he was one of the purest power hitters to ever play the game. There are many fine points of hitting that are locked in that guy's head that could be passed along to developing players or even players who are already at the MLB level. What a waste. All because he wrote a book that told the truth.

    • @mikos5066
      @mikos5066 5 лет назад +1

      Yeah Canseco would make a great hitting coach. But I think Bonds may be a better coach for hitting. Either would be great though.

      @@dannystewart1412 No question, Rose would be an amazing hitting coach...except he's banned from working in professional baseball. Do i agree that he should be? Absolutely not. He should be in Cooperstown.
