Dave Baldwin (aka Doctor Dave) is a practicing GP in Bulls, New Zealand, and operates the Bulls Flying Doctor Service throughout NZ. He has a personality that is infectious, and is one of those larger than life characters that never seems to slow down.
In this interview Dave tells with openness and honesty his personal story of how it all came about, the Healthy Bastards campaign, and the tragic loss of their son in 2012.

Two suicides in Dave’s life…. Wow!!😢, spirituality is one dimension to trust as you never know what life path you are on. Dave has used his resources to assist people, and I reckon that aids him on his current path. Thank goodness for his soul partner! We are the type of people who like adventure but I just thank those stars that my daughter survived. From my experience I salute the trauma doctors.

When i lived in San Diego there was a woman that jumped off the 200 foot high Coronardo bridge she was wearing a full length winter coat when she jumped , they credited that coat for saving her life when she hit the water.
After she recovered in hospital she said in an interview that as soon as she jumped she new she had made a
terrible mistake....
