मेरे knock knees है मेरी age 20 है, मुझे चलते समय इतनी problem नही होती but घुटने पर अगर pressure पड़ता है तो calf muscle में और knee में pain होता है। क्या करू, exercise से सही हो सकता है क्या।

@@yashpunera mujhe physiotherapist doctor ne hi bataai he sumo squat, and knee streching, push ups, ankle streching, morning walk, and पैरो पर knee से लेकर पंजे तक आधे घंटे गर्म पानी डालना है, और फिर जितना हो सके उतना बर्फ use करनी है।, Morning में एक गिलास दूध बादाम डालकर पीना है, फिर थोड़ी देर बाद rosted चने छिलके सहित खाने है, खाने में पत्तीदार सब्जी use करनी है, नमक कम, sugar बिल्कुल नही , और रात में सोते समय गर्म दूध में सफेद मुसली पाउडर मिक्स करके पीना है, जिससे boan थोड़ी strong होगी, बाकी और सभी जानकारी तो youtube पर भी मिल जाती है। और पैरो पर weight काफी कम डालना है। पैरो की हो सके तो तेल से मालिश भी कर सकते हैं। और सोते समय knees के बीच तकिया लगाकर सोना है। सफेद मुसली पाउडर भी केवल one month ही use करना होता है फिर दो तीन महीने gape देना होता है, मुझे यही बताया है doctor ने।
