I'm a System Engineer and work with worlds leading companies and I've to work with different time zones accordingly to the county and project. so sometime I'm waking up early morning (assume Australia time) , sometime sleeping at late night , some days whole night awake , so i don't know how to resolve this issue my sleeping patten are already messed up .

Regarding the EMF signals, according to international standards, the maximum exposure limit for non-ionizing radiation is 2 watts per kilogram (W/kg). The Apple Watch emits radiation at a rate of 0.17 W/kg, well below the safe limit. However, this all can be changed by future research, so I am open to accepting the changes.
