I also love ceratosaurus, is one of my favorite dinosaurs.
As an christmas selfgift, I bought both versions, and I have 0 regrets about it. They'll arrive in about 30 days but it worth it!
But also the stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus and the allosaurus haha.
Also I can't wait for the Nanmu's giganotosaurus and triceratops.
Also would love to see in a near future an acrocanthosaurus and baryonyx by Nanmu.

These look amazing! The Jurassic park Cerato paint scheme looks great.
I've never ordered from Nanmu before. I was tempted to get the PNSO Ceratosaurus but the Namnu models have a more dynamic posture, and I've preferred the coloration of the JP 3 Ceratosaurus in spite of its inaccuracies. Can't wait to get hold of one!
Personally, I like the red Jurassic Park version.👍🥰

Andy, in some of the photos I've seen of these two Ceratosaurs together it appears as though the Green one is very slightly different, holding it's head at a higher angle of attack than the Red one. I'm thinking that rather than Nanmu changing the dinosaurs (two different molds) they made the base differently, OR it's just the way each collector installs the dinosaur on the base, it really does seem to always be the Green one with the higher nose. I noticed that even here in your review, especially when you had them side-by-side in the front view, the nose on the Green one is a bit higher than Red's.
Given they took time to give the sharks two different paint colorways, I think it's possible they had two slightly different ways to assemble the base.
Thoughts?

I own the red Ceratosaurus, but the eyes are sloppy painted.
The black pupils are not perfect black rounds, like they seem to be on this video.
Is mine an exception or are there others with not very well painted eyes ?
Do you know the red one is still available? I can only find it on Aliexpress I think the website is, and i've heard some negative things about them before

The eyes on the red certosaurus looks so cartoony not a fan of those eyes but if you like that it's fine

Pretty bad design and quality overall if you ask me. This new Nanmu style dislikes me a lot. They must'nt left the JP style by this one...

I have to disagree. I'm not a huge fan of the Ceratosaurus design in JPIII. It looks more like a weird tyrannosaur than anything else (it was actually just an altered version of their T. rex model). I'm glad Nanmu went for a more accurate design for this one. It's pretty cool to see a realistic Ceratosaurus with JPIII colors IMO.
Howcabout not looking at the JP accuracy but the actual design, it looks so beautiful andi really want it, unfortunately its 90 dollars.
I hope they leave JP designs behind completely. I like Nanmu's sculpts and details but I dislike JP designs because they're so scientifically inaccurate and give people the wrong idea about dinosaurs.
