YES, the Carnotaurus is also my favorite dinosaur! These models are absolutely stunning to look at.
the fact that it's standing on a manmade floor is kind of chilling, as it means that it exists among humans.
perhaps if they got enough fan support & suggestions, maybe Nanmu would be willing to make a 5th variation based on the green version of the Isla Sorna Carnotaurus from The Lost World. similar to what they did with the T-Rex.
Despite these 4 figures being the definitive versions of the Carnotaurus, I still hope that Nanmu will give us a 5th variation of the Green TLW Carnos since that would be such a fantastic way to expand these figures and they would be such great companions to the Rex Couples.
I am so happy that Nanmu finally gave us the Demon Carnotaurus in both the OG Kenner style and the FK/Dominion Male. seeing these figures in this review directly on Thanksgiving brings me back to the good old days of the 90's when Jurassic Park aired on TV during this time and I was still attempting to collect the Kenner JP toys including looking everywhere for that Demon Carno. I'm definitely going to be picking up the 2 Demons by 2023. the Carnotaurus is also my most favorite dinosaur of all time, and these are perhaps the best Carno figures I've ever seen.

Usually not a fan of JP inspired dino's, but both of the closed mouth versions are very tempting.

Thank you for another amazing review as always Andy! I'm so excited for mine to arrive in the mail, hopefully this week. I got the closed mouth standard version but the broken horned demon version is so tempting also..
I do seem to notice a lot of subtle color differences between all 4 of these amazing Carnos. the Brown versions seem to have a slightly different coloration with the Female Standard having more darker browns while the Male Brown almost has a similar color light orange scheme to the Sorna Raptors. even the eyes are slightly different with the Male Brown being more yellow while the Brown Female has a more reddish eye color. the Male Demon had a brighter gray color while the Female Demon looks like her skin is much darker with lighter grays on her mouth. it also seems that the red stripes for the Male Demon looks more like red orange. so, even in this video, I can definitely see that each Carno is slightly different. very impressive work Nanmu.

Nunmu Carnotaurus arrived today
I wanted one with unbroken corners, but personally I like one with an open mouth, so...
After having a hard time deciding which one to get, I ended up getting the version with an open mouth.
I'm sure I made the right choice!
That red deco gives heavy Kenner Demon vibes.

A review of four Carnotauruses? Wow Christmas came early.
It's the same body sculpture, just the head that connects in the middle of the neck piece is different. But just that and a different coloration and makes them all of them very different within each other. Amazing models. I'd love to see non JP variants of dinosaurs made from Nanmu. Not talking about that JP style Giga, proper and natural animals

My fave is the the demon without horn damage
I don’t wanna scare anyone but be careful when you do buy the new carnotaurus 2.0 the spikes on the body of the dinosaur can chip off real easy and so does the feet of the carnotaurus when you remove it from the base just wanted to warn everyone

that is a bit disappoint tho...Nanmu said the whole point to remove moving jaw so we do not see the line of separation on the jaw....then the line still there..

can i ask if this is made of resin of PVC?
becasue when i got mine it have a chips in tounge and small spike scale at the back is broken the small spike

Accurate to what the Dinosaur most likely looked like in reality? Definitely PNSO. This one is based on Jurassic Worlds version.
If you are to pick just 2 out of these.... which are your picks? I'm planning to buy 2..
I would buy the brownish version without the chipped horn, and the "demon" version with the chipped horn. That's the way they appear in the films so I'd have to go that route.

I would definitely say that the standard brown version is Female while the cracked Demon is Male since it's supposed to be based on the Male Demon from Fallen Kingdom & Dominion while the cracked brown is Male (possibly based on Toro) and the standard Demon is Female (which makes sense if you consider the fact that all of the dinosaurs in the original Jurassic Park were Female and the Demon was apart of the OG Kenner line).
also, as a fun drinking game for everyone, take a shot for every single time that Andy says the word "beautiful" in his entertaining reviews. XD

@@andysdinosaurreviews another thing we have in common is that our most favorite dinosaur is the Carnotaurus. I even have a t-shirt of the classic JP paddock logos but with the Carnotaurus logo in the middle of the Isla Nublar map.
