I bought a used non-running eiger and dropped the oil by removing the whole plate where the drain plug is (4 bolts secure it). I'm gladf I did because it was full of ice. Water had gotten into the engine and settled in there and froze. I'd recommend if you are servicing an unknown machine, or bring yours through deep water, to double check the sump. Removing that plate also allows access to the oil pickup screen which might have alot of debris on it.
Sound advice, especially for someone who buys a used one. Thanks for sharing your experience so others can have something to consider if buying or servicing after seasonal use.
Good eye! Actually, both of those in the background are Jeep cab over FC-150's. The one in front has been on the back burner for too long so we are ramping back up to get back on the restoration.
@ Thank you for translating your question. For this one I used Pennzoil 10w-30. Thanks for checking out our video and for your question. I hope this information helped.
@@jeeplifestyles Thanks for the information, it’s just that in Russia we have very few such ATVs, and there isn’t much information at all, so here we are, the same problem with spare parts, but I really like the car, I made a plow for it, I’ll clean the snow in the winter
@@Юрман-л1тI didn’t realize there were not as many of these types of vehicles over there. That’s great that you built the plow, it will make the work of clearing snow much easier. Thank you for visiting our channel and engaging in the conversation.

@@Юрман-л1т the only thing I can make of this text is that it appears to be a question?
