I use a Freud Diablo stack in my saw stop. Works great. A new zero clearance lockdown insert is 80.00 and the dado brake is around 160.00. (Canadian pricing).

The handle is over the rail to keep the sled from binding. And by putting the blade through the blade guard block, you won't put your hand in the path of the blade. So the handle and the guard are in the safest place they could be.
This is a pretty good video for a small channel.
