The most gut wrenching feeling after waiting for them to arrive and they don’t fit 😭😭😭 I’ve always used extra insoles for tighter lock down
That's ok if you can't do the two sock trick... But getting grip socks and a sleeve for your leg part can be a great way to make loose fits more tighter as grip socks are thicker
But if you can get a thicker sports insole that's made for the shoe then you can wear normal sock a lot better. (this is dependent on removable insoles which cheaper boots won't have)
My hack:
1)Put on thicker socks
2)Put on your boots
3)Get a hair dryer and blow the hot air all around the boot (play around with the heat/distance from the boot so that it's comfy but also so that it won't ruin the boot)
4)Keep the boots on while it cools down
5)Rinse and repeat until they get comfier
Thicker socks reduce power in your shot
DO NOT HAIR DRY - damages structure

I just got a hand me down boots from my dad this was for me
I don’t play football but still love to wear football boots since rugby doesn’t have many choices/ color ways (except for adidas)
I also walk in football boots at home before I wear them in training, and I train in them before playing with them in a game. Most modern boots have a weirdly tight shape and my haglunds deformity makes it even worse for me when getting cleats. I can't wear most cheap things. Also things like the predator mutator boots I was able to walk in but the shoes broke in like 3-4 Months, usually every shoe I have breaks with the sole disconnecting from the shoe in between the midfoot and the toes on both the inside, and the outside of the boot.

I will play without the insole for 2 week and then i put insole to the boot . It gives an awesome feel for your feets. Try it out. Its gonna be awesome.

For the hot water trick, does it matter what material they are, and if they are super new? Also, do you dunk them in water or just pour the water over the boot?
I think you just have to rinse them in water walk around in them and repeat to get the right fit

Its just practice in this case, theres no exact drills which will 100% get u to get better on the ball! :)

Hey JayMike, I´m having a sizing problem with the Mizuno Morelia Neo 3 Betas.
My feet are 28 cm long, basically exactly Mizunos size 28 Japan.
But regular size has a litte space at the front and half size down is already crunching my toes. Do you think the K-Leather will stretch enough to be comfortable?
Or is 27,5 just to small in my case?
Even the Unisport website says half a size down, but I don´t want to risk ruining them.

probably the k-leather will stretch. I have the boots and bought them bit smaller. only used them two times and still really tight but i think after using them some more they will fit good

Get a decent shoe stretcher theyre only like $20 . I made my Vapor 12 pros and Vapor 11s wide fit using it . Teijin streches pretty well .Just dont over do it .

My boots gave me slight blisters in the toe area. Because they fitted just a little too snug and i needed a little more extra space. So i tried the freezing water trick for the boots and it didnt solve the problem 😬😤
