I have recently purchased this model 18k Saver T3, Cooling is not up to the mark, though it's compressor is T3. When I complaint their customer service their representative said that the Gas which is used in it is R-32 which does not provide as much cooling as 410-a gas does. The only feature that I like in this ac is Gen mode that you can control the amperes. Even my room is ground floor with 10*12 feet but this ac disappointed me. So whoever is looking for this, go for some better model. JazakALLAH
