your advice on all is best. Wall insulations and direct of sun and size of window also matters in choosing AC. some houses have double insulation which can reduce 1.5t to 1T for example.
@@syedfaisalnaqvi3774 if in your area there are much fluctuation in voltages then it is required otherwise inverters don't require stabilizers. Some inverters comes up with built stabilizers functionality in them
Being engineer i would share my opinion. Expansion valve and vane motor do not require significant power. Therfore them being of DC type has no such significant impact on efficiency. I would rather go with 3D if price makes a big difference.

Good information, but while deciding the AC size, instead of measuring the room in sqft (width x length), I think we should also consider other parameters, like height (so foot^3). Moreover, also an important parameter is the location of the room in the building; for example if room is t ground floor (of course if at lease one more floor is above it), or where there is never direct sunlight, the size of AC can be smaller with top floor or with a lot of direct sunlight.

Most Importantly make sure you are buying R-32 Refergerant based AC & R-600 Based Refrigerator Because R-134a & R-22 & R-410 Based AC & Refrigerators are Now Obsolete because these gases are not Energy Efficient at all now
Off Course there are pro's & crons to R32 as after all for saving money people in Pakistan do use to consume CNG against Petrol but in my opinion if the skill level of AC mechanics is bit better then these accidents can be prevented

Bought this AC at start of this season and I was really surprised by the size of outdoor and indoor unit.It looks like a 2 ton AC.Cooling is excellent and require low electricity.You guys will surely notice a great dip in electricity bills if you had previously owned some non inverter AC.My only concern is price which had jumped alot from the last year.
Brother Salam, I live in Abu Dhabi but I did similar research in Karachi. Please note these new AC cost more than 100k and after cooling achieves ~4.5A. I concluded that mainly price is too high and one may not be able to achieve 4.5A maybe because of room insulation/leakages. Hence instead I went for 2nd hand Japanese window AC which always take 4.5A all time and cost 20k only. As its 2nd hand so I buy few additional ACs just in case few fail. With Japanese AC your electricity bill is really less and its dirty cheap.

It seems that we should buy, normal wide long throw complete DC inverter AC of any brand, after just confirming its cooper pipes & T3 Compressor which are available between PKR 85 to 90 k which makes them 45k cheaper than this Esmart Plus Kenwood 1838s
I heard it has a very high current consumption around 10.5 amperes only cuts down to half when on eco mode, I'd Love to know your observation and would appreciate you sharing the numbers of your A.C in terms of power consumtion and efficiency. Thanks !

Because R-134a & R-22 & R-410 Based AC & Refrigerators are Now Obsolete because these gases are not Energy Efficient at all now
the r-32 gas have caused many AC blasts and alot of people are suggesting to not buy it. what do u say
Off Course there are pro's & crons to R32 as after all for saving money people in Pakistan do use to consume CNG against Petrol but in my opinion if the skill level of AC mechanics is bit better then these accidents can be prevented

Bought this AC at start of this season and I was really surprised by the size of outdoor and indoor unit.It looks like a 2 ton AC.Cooling is excellent and require low electricity.You guys will surely notice a great dip in electricity bills if you had previously owned some non inverter AC.My only concern is price which had jumped alot from the last year.

Brother Salam, I live in Abu Dhabi but I did similar research in Karachi. Please note these new AC cost more than 100k and after cooling achieves ~4.5A. I concluded that mainly price is too high and one may not be able to achieve 4.5A maybe because of room insulation/leakages. Hence instead I went for 2nd hand Japanese window AC which always take 4.5A all time and cost 20k only. As its 2nd hand so I buy few additional ACs just in case few fail. With Japanese AC your electricity bill is really less and its dirty cheap.

normal wide long throw complete DC inverter AC of any brand,
after just confirming its cooper pipes & T3 Compressor
which are available between PKR 85 to 90 k
which makes them 45k cheaper than this Esmart Plus Kenwood 1838s
and dont forget EER as well
