    Just got my Centr SF3 from Costco! Took about 5 hours to assemble. I went slow, but it was pretty easy to do. From what I can see, it's exactly the same as the Inspire SF3, but all the red painted parts are a grayish color on the Centr version.

      Awesome man congratulations it’s definitely the best purchase I’ve ever made for the Price and I have a blast working out on it in my garage. You should make some videos of it because it would be an update of what Costco has to offer. Once again, I really appreciate you sharing and letting others know how it goes. Merry Christmas. Happy new year.

    Nice videos and excelente information John. I want to buy this equipment but my space is extreamly limited.
    The specification is 46 in x 59 in. these are the dimensions? or In your opinion I need to consider more space? Thnks a lot for your time!

      I really appreciate your positive feedback! As for the dimensions, they are indeed 46 in x 59 in. It's wise to think about your space-better safe than sorry! it will fit in that space but think if you need to work out with the cables beyond that space. I do shoulder raises and flies but they are a few feet away from the machine at different angles. Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Curious about this vs the top line FT2 fully loaded.. $5k vs $2.5k. as you noted in your links theres a Costco next place to order but no idea what Costco policies follow over like the returns policy.
    Also, was that a black Friday deal or something?
    Really annoying Costco doesn't have a show room floor in some populated areas to see these direct only things because i need to see and measure the darn thing for the space i need to put it in

      Yeah, so a lot of things have changed since I posted this video Costco has a link where you can go to inspire special store and I think you can get an offering forthe SF three for pretty much $2500.
      If you now look, Costco sells the version of the Centr 3. I think it’s a rebrand of inspire. But I do know they go on sale.
      The FT two is by far a way better machine but you will pay the $5k price. For me the SF3 has been more than adequate for what I got and the price.

      @@AviatorsGarage cool, appreciate the input, not many reviews on the Costco stuff and stores don't have it inside because it's "seasonal" and even then they don't really have all the options on display.
      Best I can tell is the centr stuff is just a rebrand now that some celebrity bought a stake in inspire fitness and that's the new app so they can try to hook people on subscriptions because every company needs to collect monthly or yearly fees now

    I have the weight extension pin and I use it on a Hoist gym. It holds two Olympic plates. It works good but with two plates the plates want to slide off. It isn’t perfect but you can certainly add weight.

    Still loving the FTX and use it almost every day. But now, seeing that 2k deal at Costco, I might be tempted to go SF3 if I had to buy all over again!

    Just got the Centr2 for $1,199.
    Couldn’t beat the price.
    Only caveat is trying to lug the parts down to the basement. Not sure what each side weighs but for one person it’s a challenge.

    SF5 states it is 11 gauge and sf 3 is 14 gauge steel? Any thoughts?

    • @AviatorsGarage
      @AviatorsGarage  10 месяцев назад +1

      Great question. So, looking deeper the SF5 and SF3 both weigh 631 lbs fully assembled. The dimensions are identical. It doesn’t seem to me there are any structural differences between the SF5 and SF3. I doubt there is a difference in the gauges. I’ll send an email to the company and see what they say. Thank you for watching.

      Hello John,
      I believe they have different steel gauges. The SF5 supports more weight so it has a thicker frame.

      @@AviatorsGarage Thanks John. If that’s true I think that is a game changer. But based on the final weight dimensions and your demo of counterbalanced pulley system appears that Inspire might be mistaken with their product line up. Or they are planning to discontinue the SF3 line up( like you mentioned).

      I think you are right. The company seems to be changing rapidly with the Chris Hemsworth Centr branding. I have been very happy with my SF3 though. Hope all I the info helps and Happy New Year!

    SF3 ($2K) or FTX ($1.4K)? Been going back and forth now that the pricing isn’t so far off. I’m 5’7” so I would assume both machines wouldn’t be an issue height wise. 😂

    • @AviatorsGarage
      @AviatorsGarage  6 месяцев назад

      Great question- do you use smith machines at all? Is money an issue? They are both great, I have SF3 because of smith machine. The FTX has deals where I’ve seen it at about 300$ off. I’m 5’10” and it’s super comfortable for me. Thanks for the comments and watching!
