Sliding screen door! Absolutely my favorite purchase. It keeps out bugs, leaves, debris, adds a little privacy so my neighbors don't try and start up a chat with me mid workout. I can still slide it over to one side and pull my truck in too. Everyone in my neighborhood in FL has them, I'm the only one with a garage gym.

@@albertfischer8804 I looked at their channel and searched "garage door" but I only found their window installation video. With that in mind, I also have a different style door from them as my door has a front panel hiding the tracks on the door. If I had that style of door, I would use polyisocyanurate panels like in this tutorial from Mr Fred’s DIY Garage School in this tutorial ruclips.net/video/pvi8__d081I/видео.html

    A broom stick. Actually i use a 180cm (6') oak dowl that is a bit thicker 28mm.
Give it a light sand, chamfer the ends and give it a coat of linseed oil and/or bees wax.
Great for shoulder mobility, weightlifting drills, and to balance with when doing singke leg calf raises etc.

A fridge is a good one, so you don’t need to go in the house for cold water, protein shakes etc. I have a second fridge in my garage which is also my garage gym, so it wasn’t for the gym setup just for normal garage stuff, and a mini fridge is a nice thing for the gym side too.
But my garage doesn’t have a connecting door, so it’s less of a thing if you don’t have to leave the gym, walk through rain in the garden into the house into the kitchen just to get a cold drink.
Or a thermos would do the same I guess, keeping your fridge-cold water fridge cold by the end of your workout.

72 degrees.... I don't even keep my house at that. 65 degrees in my house in the winter. And now at the new house I'll open the door to my attached garage (which I've never had before) and turn on a small space heater I have in my gym in there and it'll get up to 55-56.... and that's warm enough for me. I'll usually wind up having to take my long sleeve shirt off I'll get too hot. I feel like that's pampering myself as my last 2 homes had unconditioned detached garages and in the winter it would get down to the 20s in there and in the summer I'd be drenched in sweat as it would be about 100-105 in there. Now.... my attached 2 garage.. err... gym stays between 50 and 85 degrees year round.

it's less of a leaf blower and more of a spider blower. gotta purge the pesky arachnids from the corners every now and then.
