    I am not sure how helpful the following comment is but for some people who already have a respectable CV in the ICT field it can be useful to remember that in the B2B picture also the customer organisations need skillful professionals and those positions can be interesting ones. There can be some technology or services they prefer to keep inhouse.
    They also need specialists so that they wouldn't be so reliant on consults and wouldn't be tied to some vendors.

    I wouldn't give so easily credit to the country of creating something in which the University of Helsinki has a role offering an environment, where one of the students, Linus Torvalds, started writing a hobby Unix like kernel implementation and making it a open source project, which is known as Linux.
    I would give more credit to University of Helsinki.
    But I agree that the higher education system is part of the country and funded by it. So perhaps giving some credit is justified.

      Possible in some cases, depending on courses. Please check the course criteria and ask the coaches of that subject.

    Some videos are saying that job market in IT is down right now , and requires a very good networking skill to even think about a job in IT , i am planning to do my masters in finland , is that a good option mam ? , moreover what is the scenario of part time jobs for students

Also, taking masters program at Finnish University is a very good idea to start your career within Europe. Also, consider if you are looking for PR in the future, masters program, and acquiring a job here will make it very easy. By the time your masters program is complete, the market will change.
