miRNA target prediction in plants by using psRNAtarget tool

Dr. Santosh Lavhale explains and demonstrates how to use miRNA targets in plants by using psRNATargets. It's a web-based tool that allows the prediction of miRNA or other small RNA that has the ability to predict the target mRNA based on its complementary.
