I'm really impressed with the level of core automation in PF2. The D&D 5e system requires you to install a lot of modules to get this level of automation.
You're absolutely right. I also used the 5e system before PF2e and even when I changed systems almost two years ago now, it was STILL a significant upgrade. And the gap between them has only grown larger still in terms of sophistication!
Thank you for creating this video. When I start playing PF2 I'm going to tell my players that this video is mandatory. You are very easy to listen to and follow. Very good work!!!
This was super useful. I bought the Abomination Vault foundry and was immediately lost, surprised there isn't a guide to the system or something in there. I haven't watched your GM guide yet but I'm sure that will be great as well. It might be cool to have some tips or guides for the Abomination Vault foundry module as well!
Ah I would love to help on the AV module side, but I'm actually currently a player in that exact module so I can't be spoiled for it. It's a great suggestion though, for anyone out there who wants to make such a video.
On Applying Damage there is a Mod that adds the target to the damage card. It makes things even faster because after you hit roll damage you just hit Damage to target so don't need to re-select tokens. Works with Healing too like Lay Hands, Treat Wounds, and Etc.
This is EXACTLY the kind of Pf2e Foundry tutorial I've needed. Everything else is either not system specific or just focuses on modules. Any plans to do one for additional GM tips and shortcuts?
For some reason, anytime you interacted with a dropdown menu inside the character sheet, it wasn't displaying. Other than that weirdness, fantastic video!
So I have been playing Foundry for 2byears now and found myself frustrated with 5e dependencies on mods to make the game as fluid as PF2E has for its core system. I'm beyond impressed with it. One question. When I do things like inspire courage it will say up on the right for 1 round and then set to expire after the round. Is there a way to increase those rounds? This would be amazing to track 1 minute effects per round
Hmmm... one option is to create a custom effect and give it a counter. You would have to manually increment/decrement it round by round unfortunately, but it's the best solution I can think of at the moment.

Thank you for that module rec!
This is excellent. I've been using Foundry for a year and a half, and I learned some functionality I didn't know existed. Thanks!
Awesome video, thanks for helping me to be a better foundry player! I was trying myself all the time on my first game...
Great video and will be required viewing for my players. Keep up this quality content and your channel will blow up.
Super-helpful. Thank you! :-D
I am here to help boost pathfinder awareness!
Phenomenal introduction; great work!
This is superbly done, thank you!

Yes! I'm working on compiling what features to highlight

Has anyone thought about creating solo games?
Very helpful!
