This is awesome. I have a problem where my belt rubs against the bottom of the pulleys. Do you have any idea how to adjust the ends so the belt isn't rubbing?
Test it out, maybe your K1 doesn't have the issues. Many of the newer ones just work fine. Some issues are pretty easy to fix though, stringing is (most of the time) the temperature of the hotend and retraction distance with the k1
I have bought new Creality K1 Max . It has a issue of Z wobble, I have checked all the Z axis rod, its tight and nice but the issue remains. What else could be the source for z wobble?
did the same to my cr- se bed leveling was vastly improved on that one...now i see same issue on my new k1 so off to get the parts so i dont have to cut down....i saw somewhere it was best to use 12mm spacers instead of 9mm
Hello, do you think doing this with the z axis would fix the error 5256 z axis motor losing step? I can hear it slipping or skipping or something and it makes the auto calibration dig into and ruin the bed plates and rendered the printer unusable out of the box. I looked online and contacted creality but still haven't found a solution.
This gets me to 230 hz belt tension instead of the 110 recommended Fyi 150hz the lowest I can get and seem to be way too slack already considering I got worse results when I lowered it to that 😭
With the creality helper script you can now install screws tilt calculate which will tell you exactly how much to turn each screw to level your bed.
Is this the best damm video how belt adjustment , that everybody´s need , thank you so much Bro

These printer modifications were already made in the first Creality models and must be done today. Disappointing.
Great video!

I printed something that keeps the tension screws perfectly upright so the belt runs parallel to the

For some reason tensioning one of my belts is far harder than tensioning the other. I have no idea why.
