1: Teachers aren't stupid. They'll suspect something's up if they see a student pulling out a piece of paper from their pen or if the student is constantly looking down at their lap.. And 2: Most teachers will make you clear your desk of all items other than a pencil and the test materials (so the pencil case thing wouldn't work).
I just wanna share that that invisible ink pen is already famous here in our country back when i was still a child,, so I don't think its really THAT new.
