I like how quickly, yet thoroughly he describes and demonstrates each gadget. No time wasted opening a package, reading directions etc. Similar channels only do 2 or 3 gadgets in a 20-30 minute video. SO BORING. And most of his gadgets actually work pretty well. GREAT JOB.

Has anyone noticed that Dave is totally obsessed with eggs?? That being said, I want one of those egg cracker gadgets! My kids love helping cook, but we all hate it when they try to crack an egg and it gets all over the place.

Glad I watched this video as a person with only 1 working arm i have to find gadgets to use in the kitchen to make it possible for me to be able to care for myself without the help of others and I've found a few things on here that are going to make my life easier now . I appreciate that greatly I'd like to confirm the electric can opener is a life saver💯% . It really is as easy to use as is looks in the video . You can not open a can without two working hands otherwise I promise . It truly is a nessisity in my life . Going to buy the potatoe peeler ASAP and a few other items I seen here. Thanks again for your help making life easier f👌or people like me 🎯. 👏👏👏😁🤝🏼✌🏽

It’s cheaper to cook your own food. Just know how and where to shop. They have recipes on you tube all day everyday. It’s so fun. My library sells cookbooks for 1$.

Dave you and my father would have gotten along famously. He loved all kinds of gadgets and was always showing me something new. He had a huge drawerful when he died. Great gadgets.

The lemon spray, the corrugated potato cutter and orange peeler are my favorite, might get these 3 tiny gadgets.
His voice and music never get old :)
A lot of what these items do can be done just as quick and efficiently by hand lol
And a lot of these items are also a huge help to those who are disabled :)
most kitchen gadgets are just a replacement for a knife
These are like for people that are lazy and they could be used for a very busy restaurant
Often gadgets are hard to clean after use, particularly blades of blenders, mandolins, and garlic presses. I'd rather slice, chop, and mince by hand. It may take longer to prepare foods, but to me, it's thoroughly therapeutic. Besides, there's less food waste when I remove corn from cob, peel potatoes, or core an apple. Btw, some peels have nutritional value;I don't want to toss what can be used.
You need a lot of drawer space for these 1 use gadgets. And I don't have that.
Some of these gadgets have been around for years. I have or had some and in fact, the hand held tomatoe slicer, I've had a couple of. I've found after using a while the blades bend and get out of shape making it useless to decently cut tomatoe slices.

Ok but the steam ship thing is kinda cool... They make many others but I haven't seen 1 like that, that's fun... Like most of these, more than anything, they're just fun to use
The thing you used for the hardboiled eggs is the only I'd get. I like to make fried bologne and egg sandwiches but always cook them hardboiled I like their texture more then why you fry an egg.
These gadgets made me realise how great Knives are
The red can opener is cool. The design of opening lids without sharp edges has been around a long time. I was a rep for Pampered chef nearly 16 years ago and got one of these types. Sadly I had a home health aide who stole it. But you can repurpose the cans after opening them with this method. Rinse and dry the cans but leave label intact. Put secure belongings in the cans and put in pantry. A good way to hide valuables

I do most of these with a knife, spoon or fork….. it’s all about practice. I bin cookin’ for 45 yrs 😂. Mind you, he just showed me how to properly use my tupperware can opener! I do like that garlic roller cutter. It’s cute. But i just cut it.
I think a lot of these are great for those cooks with mobility issues with hands, wrists etc though.

Best gadget I ever for slicing and dicing...CALLED A "KNIFE", and one is used in demonstration! Simple to use, clean and every household has 1 at least🤣. And doesn't take up extra space!
Majority of people have fingers, using these digits braces the product for slicing! It's ingenious!
I can imagine finishing one of these videos and you just have a complete buffet.
I'm not a gadget person - I'm an old-fashioned gal who likes to take her time in the kitchen (I love my kitchen and I love cooking) which is good because none of these gadgets have actually reached the Greek island where I live !!! (Give it another 20 years or so ----). BUT I seriously want one of those spiral mashers. Will have to go to trusty old Amazon to see if I can get one. Great video though - thanks Dave x

Love that these address difficulties people with flexibility or sight. The potato masher is fabulous. I have one and don't eat mashed potatoes much, but I really want it.
The steam ship pan cover is nice but a long handle wooden spoon on top the pot will keep ur pot from boiling over and take up less space

I have a garlic slicer similar to that and it's amazing!
My kitchen is full of gadgets all unused, they are all great and if you are disabled in anyway can really help…….. but a good sharp knife does most jobs quicker and is easier to clean! Still enjoy watching the videos and remembering when I bought the gadgets.

No garlic crusher has exceeded the liver crusher, that mimic the traditional lemon squeezer, so convenien to crush garlic directly to the pan while no other container or cutting board needs to clean.
Those any sharps are a blessing! My now ex job “lost” our knife sharpener and we’re to tight fisted to get us another, at Christmas on a fish counter. Coworker brought hers in and saved the bloody day!

As a person with osteoarthritis in my hands and limited strength, I can see that I could not have the strength needed for squeezing stuff so a good, sharp knife would win every time and much easier to clean. However, the spiral masher with scraper is genius,
