Being a CA finalist, I want to keep my point of view
1. Which city - till ca Inter no need as best faculty already available on online mode, if not able to study at home join library in near by city
2. Doubt solving - all good teacher provide support on WhatsApp and on different platforms
3. Online is new future accept it, you find issue in starting specially foundation/inter but you enjoy in ca final as you will have to work and travel a lot
4. Yes, you can if you are sincere and consistent
I even taken some guidance when I was in 12th and it was amazing experience.
Now time is changing and we need too...

Mtlb ki mere bolne ka yeh mtlb ki h ki 12ke baad C.A. ki preparation krunga and college mein non attending krwa kr BCOM HONS ho skta h kya ?

This video is just for demotivation, as an Inter student from Bihar and now studying in Delhi I didn't face any of the mentioned problems in my life . Stop demotivating students , cheer up all , nothing is impossible once you enter this ground you will find it very easy
