I enjoyed your analysis so great job. Im looking for a trimmer specifically for trimming, cleaning, and lining up beard and or facial hair. What trimmer would you suggest first for this particular use? Thanks.
Oh if it changes I’ll definitely follow up! Check out my Andis Gtx review to see how passionate I am about sound. If I can’t stand the sound of a tool I’m out!!
Hey great video! What trimmer should I buy as beginner barber, Black fx3s or Saber? I want best all around for beards, de bulking, and also sharp line ups. I like the frame/ feel in my hand of the fx3s but am hearing they bite a lot if not set correctly which is why I’m hesitant. I’ve seen you can mod swap the blades on fx3s as well.
Being a beginner I would go for the saber, it’s everything needed and it’s set out of the box. The fx3 are great but the blade isn’t a sure thing. But honestly go with your gut, both are top tier.
@@austinevans611 not sure if my input is necessary but I’m currently in barber school, & I have the black fx3’s (my only trimmers at the moment & 3 more trimmers on the way ) and I was looking for something different cause they’re too sharp, which was always said about them, I just thought with a light touch I could manage but I can’t even really line my beard up in the neck area without marking myself. They’re good but def too sharp for an overall trimmer
Love your reviews. Sometimes it can be hard to find detailed unbiased reviews on RUclips but I think you're doing things perfectly
Thanks, that’s encouraging to hear, and the whole reason I’m doing this. Thank you so much for watching!
14:01 style craft feels safe and crisp as it comes
thanks for that great video and information from germany! 🙂 all the best to you and your shop!
Thank you very much! Thanks for watching!

I think the kemei 2293 is a great trimmer for home use. I’ve got a review on it soon
I would love to see a review on the cocco trimmer ive heard good things
They’ve caught my eye, I’ve gotta catch up on my reviews 😂
Wait till you get your hands on the instinct clipper
are you using it straight out of the box or have you touched the blade? I ordered one today. I'll get it in a week and I'm looking forward to it.
Mine was perfect straight out
Your shop is different I like it
I appreciate that! I’ll be doing a shop tour soon, and telling my barber story. I hope it’ll explain more about me and some insight to the madness 😂
you should do a review update few months later to see if its still running quietly, usually they get louder and louder as time goes on

@@thewoodshedbarber I’ve already seen all your videos including your GTX video which changed my mind about buying it 😂 keep up the good work 👌🏼
How did you add the rubber grip to your trimmers

It’s just a band that slides on top of it
