I never thought about him dying but when he did his wife virtually eliminated all his and my work. It's those memories that I recall when I see something that someone like you built. Thank you.
That generator will make one cup of tea at a time on a thimble of petrol! I ALWAYS run two cycle oil in a new engine as well as any rebuilds or salvage. Just makes me feel better knowing it got lube from the start.
6:20 - 6:42 holy shit someone actually making one of these things WORK. And it sounds so much nicer when it's pulling a heavy load too. Nice, even, powerful beats, hitting every time it comes up to hit, steady speed. They sound so so so so so so so much better when they're pulling a load it isn't even funny.
A super little give away; would fit nicely into a scale model RC boat. a lot of folks knock the Chinese models & machines but value for money they certainly are & this little runner is a real humdinger, made by some one who has taken the time & care to produce it.

EDIT: I should remove the word rubber and should have had someone test the material of that oring. I am sure that the cylinder head on mine was machined on a drill press with the end mill in a drill chuck. The brass parts look much better but are not machined on a precision machine.
The piston rings are flurosilicone, which is fuel resistant and good for up to 350 degrees F- these engines never come close to running at that temperature. They also have no end gap for strong compression, and don't wear the bore out. Not sure how one could say the machining is "horrific?" As compared to what? I have two of the hit-miss models from this manufacturer and every single part is machined excellent for a metal model. If anyone can design a better working model engine and be able to produce it in this price range... well, good luck to you.

The chatter marks are everywhere and is all rough cut or fast passes showing obvious feed marks . The brass parts look good and are not precision machined but time was spent sanding and polishing. I have to admit, it runs and is kind of fun to watch and I didn't expect much when I purchased it, I mean the price, geeze. But if this guy machines one I am sure it would be a work of art and would show the love. EDIT:That is what I meant by the comment.
The 2.6 CC engine displacement stated on the documentation is wrong. I also purchased one of these and i noticed right away that my documentation (which looks exactly the same in every other way) states that engine is 1.6 CC. So i quickly did the math and yep it is a 1.6 CC. With that said, This is an awesome little engine and the sound in these videos don't do justice to how great these little babies sound.

Why didn't you show where the water is supposed to go? How does the water cooling work and what is a "water cooling structure"? I'd really appreciate a reply from an actual owner of this engine.

What you say makes sense because the container sits right above the cylinder, although I asked if someone that actually owns this motor could tell me definitively. Thanks for the reply.
There are 2 tanks on top of the engine. The largest is for fuel the other for water. Water goes around the cylinder and cools in the same way as a hit and miss engine by evaporation.
Could be an interesting carry along engine / generator for a longer distance electric bike hybrid. Not sure about the durability for that application though. Just musing.

Rear is not lubricating point, its crankcase ventilation.
This is the only way you can lubricate the crank.
