Why is everybody complaining about the 64GB non expandable storage? That's so no much storage space. I've been using a phone with 16GB for over two years now and that started to be a little of a problem, but even just with 32GB I'd be more than satisfied
I know I've got 32 right now and I'm not even close to full on it so my 3a coming in tomorrow will be even better, PLUS the 3a has the unlimited google photos storage so any pictures and videos you take don't take up space. I dunno why people have such a big problem 😂

Thanks, I would add one thing: get either a clear, or white safety cover. Keep the thing white, it is the best visibility in day or night lighting, and you tend to see it quicker, find it faster AND most important, do not walk away with it sitting on the table in front of you. Black on black-no bueno.
This phone was designed for the average Tom, Dick & Mary. A great camera the purist of android, stereo speakers, OLED display, headphone jack. This 3a is very close to being a Nexus phone. It's like the Nexus6p & 5x had a baby the 3a. No other mid-ranger has this wonderful camera. 299.00 at Best Buy, that's a great price, nice review!

I'm trying to adjust my recording resolution so I can record longer but My phone does not match what google support shows.... I have no settings icon when I click MORE in my camera app.. I found camera settings through a roundabout patch somehow but can't find it again. When I did, It did NOT show front or back camera options. It only shows "Photo" and "Video" Finally, the only resolution setting I can change is 4k ON or OFF..... Do you have any answers? I bought the phone for its camera and storage solutions but now I can't record more than 30 minutes without it running out of memory even right after I clear the storage. Do you have any answers?
So, would you say is it safe to say that the Pixel 3A & 3a XL is absolutely safe for light rain and accidental water spills especially with its ports? Is battery life really that good I.e. will last the whole day? (Was underwhelmed with the 3 XL battery life)

Hey great video for a non tech savvy old guy like me. Couple of quick questions does the display allow you to use your own wallpaper and if so is there like a browse button to select a saved picture for the personal wallpaper? The next is being this phone does not have an ip rating so it's vulnerable to dust/water is there a case that will protect the phone if you get caught in a rain down pour? Told you I'm not tech savvy at all. Thanks again for the video.
Sure, so to change the wall paper just go into your photos application. Select the photo ok image you want as wallpaper, click the 3 dots on top right, then select 'use as' you can then select to use it as wallpaper!

Fit a Screen Protector..I've seen 2 examples on RUclips of people who've had their Screens Cracked/Scratched within the first few days! 😱 That said, I'm *sooooo* tempted to get one of these, there are a couple of things holding me back..not least of which I very much doubt I'll be able to sync it with my Car Stereo!
I am sure that your carrier store can help with any questions you might have, plus there are other channels on RUclips that provide the same type of information..
You can change playback speed on RUclips in the app and on your computer. It's there under the triple dot menu in the app and under the little settings cog menu on the computer
ok so I was contemplating leaving apple for an android based setup and I was gonna get a Samsung but now I think I should first try a 3a xl for the features and smoothness of pure android
I love this phone, but my god the lack of an sd card really stops me from wanting to keep it. I'm still on the lookout for a phone thats about this size, has 4gb of ram, an sd card slot and (and this one is THE dealbreaker) a headphone jack
I basically got the same phone for 60 euros....... it is called Mi A2 Lite. Only difference is the camera, but I'm not sure I wanna pay 8 TIMES more for something that I don't even use that often. Plus, I'm pretty happy with xiaomi's camera, it's actually decent.
The size of apps now can be big, if you use your phone for watching downloaded Netflix shows and music and if you take lots of photos and video, that space will fill up fast.
the first tip is the best one for me (animations set to 0,5x), I always do that in all my devices and this is a real game changer when it comes to "visual enhancements" and general UI performance.
This was an okay video. Constructive criticism: Your hands are all over the place. The phone was too. It was hard to see much of anything and it made me a little dizzy.
The #1 thing to do with your pixal3a or XL is start taking photos. There are no other mid-rangers or most flagships that can take better photos? Especially in portrait mode. There is even better than my 1,000 dollar s10+. That's saying alot folks? If your a camera nut job for the money do not overlook these two phones. Plus pure android and the return of the HEADPHONE jack, yikes!
Let me get to the cons, because it's not such a great experience after all with the Pixels. Yes the phone is amazing, but it is not uncommon to find hardware problems. In my case, I did not listen to the ones who told me about pixels issues, and here I am, with a broken phone in a country with no Google support, which makes the Google warranty useless

Damn, in my country it's still going for 400€+, which is at least 475$. I ordered one for 342€ from Germany instead.

Yeah it would be safe for light splashes, but not full on large spills or submerging the phone in water

That's Google's own fabric case. I have one for the Pixel 2XL and it's great. Feels fabulous in the hand, and looks like nothing else out there.
