Songs tend evoke memories of what people have been through in their lives. That is what songs & music do. It's a natural thing. Nothing wrong with people sharing what a song does for them. Its not about sympathy its about just sharing. The song itself is usually about something someone when through and they share it through a song with the rest of us. The people touched by the song tell their stories. That is natural. This song & many others do that to me.
This song is like an anthem to me. I struggled with addiction and cut my babys mom and son off after i got out of rehab. I was selfish and dishonest and it was scary. My father wanted nothing to do with me. My pro baseball career flopped. She told me that our relationship would never be the same again. If im a deadbeat for not wanting to expose my son to that, then so be it. Im not losing my boy the same way i lost my cousin, my mom and most recently 3 weeks ago, my homie who held my son in his arms when he was being born. 8 months clean btw. Excellent song.
It's all apart of learning and growing man, we all think we know what love is at a young age and experiencing all that teaches us a lot about the world and ourselves. It's not only todays young people its all young people of all time. Without these "young" relationships people have they may find themselves socially inadequate and incapable of love.
Is there a problem with that it's not your choice what people put as their profile picture and if you don't like it then that's too fucking bad I love anime too so I give this person props for having what it takes to use that profile picture

@TheEpicFailMan I was with someone for 3 years and yet he could not come to me ..face to face as you say and I did feel very deeply for him .. Sometimes people runaway but not from us but from themselves. It is our need to know WTF....and why? Sadly we may never know but be content in knowing they can only run from themselves for so long until one day they catch up with them self and find they have their head up their own ass! It is not us to judge just to heal and move on.

I'm tuning 30 in two months and i totally credit the sucess of my adult relationships to all the young ones i had in high school and college. Young love and relationships play a pivital part in growing up...
