I don't know that MEI offers Philippine software for their bill acceptors, but even if they do, we certainly don't have it or offer it. Sorry about that.

How much thicker is the 1000 bill stacker size than the 500 bill stacker size? all dimensions of 1000 stacker would be nice.

Here is a link to a brochure with all the bill box dimensions on it. It's for the 2600 series acceptor, but the boxes were the same across all MEI 2000 series validators. na.suzohapp.com/images/pdf/mei-12v_ae2600.pdf

I'm not sure how deep a validator with a 1000 note box is, I can't find an MEI manual where it's listed. The 700 note is 6.5" deep. I would guess the 1000 note is around 8". Those dims are from the front of the validator to the back of the box.

The validator has to be a flashport model, and if it is, we can update it here, or you can buy MEI's BPM programmer and update it yourself. It will either say "flashport" on the model number label somewhere, or on the rubber red LED light cover below the bill box. Newer flashport models may not say flashport on them, but the model/serial number label is horizontal rather than vertical, and that will also tell you it's a flashport if it has a horizontal label.

My MEI has the 4 flashes Cross Channel Blocked. There's nothing blocked I even cleaned and still the same. Guess it's time to buy another one.

Yes, you'll have to replace it, or send it to us to get it fixed. 99% of the time, a 4-flash code on the 2000 series means there are cracks in the cross-channel lenses of the lower sensor board housing.
