And the black lady did a very good job not saying what happened, just told her side of the story. Probably bullying. That's the only thing that can trigger a parent. And some ppl are great at not taking accountability for stuff if they're in the wrong, so no telling. I'll do some research

I’d be pissed if it was my child too but the first person I’m talking to is that child’s parents along with the child. As far as accountability, at this point what the children did or didn’t do has been overshadowed by what these people did.

They're only telling one side of the story (like social media and RUclips usually do) and that was a lil too over the top, and we all know they're only gonna post what gets our attention. NOT CONDONING the behavior of the parents, but we need to know the full story. The mom acts as though her child is 100% innocent and I call BS. What if her child was threatening to pew-pew the school and the parents had already contacted the mom and school and got no results? Would that change your opinion? What would you have done? What if the child was a bully and the school and mom were contacted and did nothing? I AM NOT SAYING THIS CHILD DID THAT, just emphasizing that WE DON’T KNOW THE FULL STORY.
From experience mist of the schools don't do shit. The board of education you can try with them and report school staff who are aware and don't have a proper solution set. It's all well in good when your child is a bully. I had to let a lil one know leave my child alone cuz honestly my son could fight but def didn't want it to go there I told him not to unless it comes to that. Now the lil one and I are good. He's just a kid but some of these kids come from horrible homes. His mom was arrested once so I took that into consideration but you are still not bullying my kids. Before I reach as far as these parents would I would take my child out the school before I catch a case

No, the parents should have sat down with the administration (Principal) and request a meeting. Never confront any adult unless danger is imminent. There may be an ongoing problem between these children that could have easily been resolved. The day care provider grandmother needs to just lose he position! Ridiculous 😱

Those parents, the crowd, were looking for her friend, so this 13 yr old was Set upon, bullied, attacked and beaten by multiple people including adults by the command of adults. Also, Since when do we allow adults to hurt children, no matter what they have been accused of ?
It boils down to this 13 yr old girl being bullied, attacked and beaten on the command of adult's, for guilt by association.

Yes the parents were wrong to confront a child, but don’t think the school wasn’t aware something was going on with these kids before all this happened. Schools are known to keep things ( bullying etc) quiet from parents.

It’s unusual for a bullies parents to come to the school demanding that their child fights another student. Usually it’s the parents of a child who has been bullied that comes to the school and forces their child to fight back. So it seems like parts of the story is being left out here.

I was being bullied by another kid in school, I told my mom and she told the principle and the boys dad. The dad laughed at my mom and said oh my son just likes her. I was terrified of this kid, he chased me home everyday. Noone did anything to stop it. I believe this lady's kid was harrasing these kids and the school did nothing so unfortunately they took matters in their own hands. Why would 2 sets of parents show up at a school to confront her child. Notice she didn't say why they showed up.

Exactly right I do agree talk to the parent but some parents defend bad behavior just because they don't want to believe thus is their child but I've dealt with a bully before and have seen them bully others and most light skinned girls have a narrative that they are untouchable because of how beautiful they are or how popular they are sad to say and we don't know the whole story but something tells me there will be a part 2 because parents are nor gonna just show up demanding their child to pick out just one and their are multiple parents their just for that one something tells me the child that got confronted was being a bully and this was the ending result of parents tires of complaining to staff and getting no results

I understood that he child has been bullying some students and hit the other girls on different occasions. Complaints were made to the school with nothing being done. The family wanted their daughter to fight back, which she wouldn't do. Frustration due to the school not handling the situation before it got out of control.

They have these things called laws that adults are supposed to abide by or suffer the consequences called charges. Now the type of charge she caught is going to affect her in the following ways. Her daycare license is most definitely going to be stripped from her, and she is not allowed to be around the elderly or small children because of her charge. Also, if she is found around or not abiding to her new stipulations, she can either face jail time or be placed on probation with strict guidelines. Because right now, she probably has unsupervised probation. But if she caught not abiding to the restrictions the judge has placed upon her for her charge, she will be moved over to supervised probation. So, at the end of the day, I hope all this was all worth it.😂😂😂

As a teacher, this is what I have been saying for the past six years these parents are out of control. It starts at home and when things happen at school, they want to blame the school and everyone else, but they never want to look at these adults that are responsible for creating these children.

Why did they feel the need to go up to the school like that? What caused them too feel like that was the right solution? Was there bullying before that took place? Why were the parents soooooo angry? Their actions are not justified but why they reacted that way is the real question.
They need to go to jail jumping on a 13-year-old or lose their jobs for who want them to be around people with that attitude please watch your kids in school is too much going on schools do not care about your kids you got to take care of your own kids

Nope, cause we can use our critical thinking skills and not act like street thugs. Just like the little girls mother that is suing the school and not like the lady that lost her daycare. I think this school is like a private school. it's more like a religious school than a public school.

I think you should look up what happens when you get certain charges. For example if you get the same charges grandma got and you have other children you can no longer live in the home with your other children either. So unless you’re rich a lot of families can’t financially support two different households so go luck with that. @@user-oc9ni4qn9k a kid and his friends were picking on my son, I went to his school and told my son to get him. He laid the little jerk out cold and his “friends” couldn’t help. After I said “any of you next” “nope” “no sir” “please no”… lol
They never bothered my son again lol

That parent was mad as hell because most likely the daughter was probably the bully and the mom was tired and confronted the 13 year old! Nobody is just going to step to a child to fight their kid, that 13 year old was the bully! I've been through this two times begging the bullies parents to talk to their kid to stop beating on my kid! The 13 year old parent need to stop playing victim and find out what was done to that lady's kid that made her confront her!

I've seen something like this b4. Parents that does stuff like this, most of the time, they plan stuff like this. They know the opposite child's parents aren't there. So they turn up on a child. then later plays victim when the police arrives.
What's even worse is the girl that they were threatening wasn't even the one they were looking for they clearly said where is she where is she so she wasn't even involved. Every one of those parents should be in jail right now, what an utter disgrace.
