    I'm no golfer , but i'm not sure why you would line up to the right of the hole . Unless the green was leaning slightly left .Otherwise a straight line would be better.

    And what a price for that '77 Chevy Blazer: Almost 7800 bucks ($7,784, to be exact). In 41 days from right now (which would be the 40th anniversary of this episode), that Blazer would cost $31,290.52 after inflation. Can you believe that?

    43:02 Elijah won $4444 in prizes. Wait a minute, he has four "fours" in his total. That was interesting.

    One of the only times, if not the only time that I'm aware of that Dian did not model the car in the Hole In One game. I think at that point the game hadn't been played that often and they were still working out the kinks. Did you notice how far over to the left the ball it was instead of the center where everybody eventually would put it.

    For Dice Game, it is actually a good thing they changed it to where the price of the car could only be in the dice

    I like how Bob read the prices of the prizes immediately of the showcases there at the end. Now days, they take a commercial break and come back to it, but then, they did it immediately after the player told their bid. 7 grand for that Chevrolet Blazer? What makes car companies think vehicles are worth 12+ grand now days for regular 'ol joe cars & trucks? LOL ....what gives?! Sure, inflation, but really?, they drive just like they did back then, go down the road, stop, turn signals, horn, same 'ol same 'ol. It's not like we have flying cars yet like the BTTF Delorean. ha ha ....or hover vehicles like on the cartoon, The Jetsons....I wish!

    I can't believe Bob asked for Elijah's weight on national television. Then kept making comments after that. You'd never see that today. That would be a lawsuit these days. I hope he got a stern lecture from the producers. It's also strange not seeing the 2 green sections on the big wheel. I wonder what year that started.

      Ignacio Ponce I've rarely left commercials in when recording from GSN. Snippets might make it in because I hit pause too late or record too early.

      Raarrow Agreed, I would only value commercials from an original over the air CBS broadcast (from any season). Do I really want to see bland cable ads from the late 90s?

    • @Melodycat918
      @Melodycat918 9 лет назад +5

      +Raarrow yea and besides I'd prefer the original CBS network commercials that originally aired over those dumb GSN infomercials

      @videox222ify 8 лет назад +3

      +Ignacio Ponce I have only been able to find about 3 or 4 hour-long eps of TPIR from the '70s with the original commercials intact on YT. They are extremely rare.
