it gets even more interesting , in 1976 the economy was tanking and inflation was going insane a few years before and that same car would have only been $2500 and in '72 we only paid $2100 for a brand new fully loaded ford Pinto Station Wagon that got over 30 mpg .......and that car lasted over 20 years and ran when we sold it . Do you know why we have inflation ? it is because we print money out of thin air .................back when you had cash based on gold and silver prices did not fluctuate money retained its value
I wish they brought Hurdles back, Time is Money is back, this should come back as well, although use items worth dollars instead of cents since most stuff you can get is more than $1.00
