Wow thats crazy that the swing bridge broke down.We were in lyme CT. a few weeks ago and they had the same type of bridge going over the Conn. river and there bridge broke down in 2023. It took them 8 months to fix because parts are so hard to get.
That blue yacht looks like Skyline, a Horizon FD87. It was kept on Sanibel at the owner's house, but I assume that was wrecked in the hurricane. I've passed it before off Sanibel, it's fabulous.
I need to know how to do this. I want to take the trip from Cape Coral to Stuart. Once I get my boat it will answer some questions I have. No worries. Good video.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs I get that. I'm just looking out the window at our New Mexico desert Herefords that are coming into 115 degree Summer, and I'm thinking they might trade places!
Good video Brother, you missed getting the house on video, but I saw that you got my neighbor's NorTech. That sunken sailboat just before the 29 bridge/LaBelle Yacht Club has been there for only a month. Someone just dumped it there.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs I was thinking of that while waiting for the boats to exit the lock, having a radio conversation with the triple outboard asking if that was possible since you were solo. But not sure the lock would allow that procedure.
Good job on the lock. I feel your pain.
You are a man of many talents, Captain Tom! Who would have guessed playing the harmonica would be one of them? 🥰. Enjoyed this river ride along
Can hardly say it’s a talent. Lol. Thank you!
You are awesome brother I wish I had a mentor like yourself .
Super nice job in these locks!
You are awesome with navigating the east coast water ways 😊
Love your videos brother 😄
Not so good on the west coast? Lol
6:01 Horizon FD port side in blue, pretty boat.

Luckily this was fixed before I came back. Lol
Wow, didn’t expect the flybridge double line locking technique. 😂 Well done!

Good video.
It’s a great trip. You got this! Just stay in the center of channels.
Another nice video. Up the river the through the locks to dry dock we go! dum de dum de dum. Keep on smilin captn!
Love it. Love watching you captain. It helps me out as a boater. Thanks.
A cows life in Florida has got to be pretty smooth. Cool video.
Until it’s hotter than hell.

Whoa!
Awesome! Really enjoyed.
Our pump outs up here in Canada are $25 or more!
Ridiculous. I’m sure many people just pump it into the waterways then.
Love seeing the lock videos!
Suggest that you keep your day job.
lol. Good thing I don’t rely on my harmonica skills for a living.

Oh bummer!
Piano Man
what bottle was that in the cup holder? it had a map of cape cod on it I've never seen that
Got that from a buddy of mine who is a recruiter for the army national guard up in that area. Good eyes you have!
What would be the largest yacht you could sail through the east west locks to the west coast?
Not sure exactly sure off top of head but Limits are on draft about 6’, height 65’ width 50ft.
Piano Man?
Winner winner chicken dinner!
😎
Nice!!!!!
Billy Joel
You may be right. 😂
That moocow seemed unimpressed with your cow impersonation. Could you have tied up with the triple outboard side by side? Or is that a no-no?
Good question. I guess I could have asked for a raft up and then I can assist him. Good idea. But it all worked out fine.
