I took my late mothers cheap jewelry and clip them together an use it as garland on my Christmas tree. Makes me feel like she is there.

Hi Kathryn, I believe I’ve watched almost every video you’ve made and loved them all. You’re so full of life and you exude so much joy and happiness. I listen to your videos to the end and have always heard you say “ dear friends, always remember that you are always enough”. I loved the phrase and have come to take it for granted until for some strange reason when I heard you say it today. It almost made me cry, I really really really needed to hear you say this. My house has a lot of navy in it, so I MUST go get some of those gorgeous dishes. I want a mug set of 4 since none of my mugs match. Also the navy storage containers, wow! Dollar Tree has got my color scheme this year. I also love what you did with the necklaces. I have my mother's old costume jewelry, all in her jewelry box. My granddaughter loves to get the "treasure chest" out to play dress up!!
We lost our little dog today. He lived 14 happy years.❤ We will miss him, but he's not sick anymore, and that gives us peace!

I love the little cart. It looked okay as it was but after you embellished it with the decals it made it look much better. It is amazing to me just how much you can take a trashy item and turn it into a gem. Great ideas Kathryn

It’s metal, but I can do paint it white glossy and add butcher block to the drop down sides!! I’m so excited to try it!! Love your show so much and all your practical and frugal ideas! Who knew a storage locker could bring such joy. 💜🩷💙 I loved the peonies you added to the kichen cart. My parternal grandfather, was quite the gruff man during the day as his job eas supervisor of an active, busy steel mill. I never encountered that man. To me and my sister, he was sweet, loving, and shared his love for gardening with us. His yard was always filled will flowers, (except winter) He had hyacinths, tulips, and flags, blooming. He also had azalea, rhodedendrum, and peony bushes. I loved the peonies so much. Some of my favorite most fragrant memories came from his garden. Thank you for sharing. 🪻🌷💐🌹🌸🌺🌼

I got a metal kitchen island table just like that at a yard sale for a dollar. It was in bad shape but I painted over it with rustolium and fixed the hinges and now it sits in my kitchen and is used everyday. Ya never know what treasures you can find and fix up to give it new life. Never stop hunting.😊

My mother and grandmother had beautiful flowers and fruit and vegetable gardens. Peonies are a favorite of mine too. The scent is heavenly. I just wish they bloomed all spring and summer. You are enough!❤️

I don't know where on earth you find such neat and well-stock DTs. Ours are always a mess. They must stock and clean them up just for you and let you in before anyone else gets there. Plus, mine don't have half as many items as yours do. I'm so jealous.
We had a peony bush in the backyard of the house I grew up in. I love the look and smell of them. I grew up in the city and my mom wasn’t really a gardener but we had two colors of Lilacs, lily of the valley , forsythia bushes and a cherry tree. Oh and rhubarb…yum

Please please please always check that your towels and oven mitts are 100% cotton. Dollar tree is known for polyester ones, which means the towels don’t absorb a single drop and the oven mitts will melt to the hot pan 😬

I love peonies too. I have some pink ones in one of my flower beds. I had to smile when you mentioned the ants crawling on them. Did you know that peonies won’t bloom without the presence of ants? My Mom told me that and I don’t know how true that scientifically is. But I do know I’ve never seen my peonies bloom without them.
