@feast_good it's a tough one to crack! I've asked several people and they can't figure it out either. It must be possible though... Kettle and Fire have theirs calculated.
Most of the apps walk you through exactly how many calories you need to eat according to your goals. The better apps adjust this number weekly as you progress. My suggestion is to download an app like Macrofactor and then go through their onboarding process, which will walk you through EXACTLY how many calories you need to eat.
@@dawnbrent2346 We have a rudimentary calculator on our website, but it's just a starting point and definitely isn't as sophisticated as some of the app algorithms. This calculator will tell you how many calories to eat to maintain your weight: feastgood.com/tdee-calculator/
Woooo amazing 🎉
thank you
How do you count calories when making bone broth? The bones and vegetables get tossed out as discards and all that is left is the broth by itself.
I've never had anyone ask that before. I'm not sure actually.

@@cynthiatorres1678 Tough, indeed. I'd just copy Kettle and Fire calorie/macros when you're tracking.
How do I know how many calories I need per day?

I do not have a smart phone to download the app. Other ideas?
