This company is "Old School" Customer Service oriented. I actually have an older unit than shown on the video. Went to the Company website and obtained the phone number. Called in an actually spoke to Paul (The Guy in the Video). Paul knew my heater very well. This Guy is legit! Very customer focused and genuinely concerned with your issue.
Paul is fantastic! I have a EdenPure that is about 6 years old and stopped blowing warm air. I called Paul and he felt sure it was tubes! Yes it was Paul. Took just a few minutes to put in and now warm heat! Thanks so much! Paul does exactly what he tells you he will do! Saved his number in my phone since my daughter has two of these also! Prices were very fair and excellent service!

Best video out there! Age 78, widow & only hand tools available and followed Paul's instructions. So easy to do so I ordered the bulbs. I had sent an email inquiring about the best bulbs & was shocked when Paul called me himself to explain the difference in the bulbs available at 9 pm!! Of course, I went with the American made instead of China! Great service!

The only time I do a review is if I had a very bad service or really exceptional service. Today I had very exceptional service from Paul at airnmore. Replaced the six bulbs on my EdenPure gen3 heater which I bought from Paul’s company. Had a little snafu after installing the bulbs. Paul called me back within ten minutes after I left a message. Problem solved with Paul’s guidance and also got some valuable information from him on Heaters in general.

This was a good video on how to take down your edenpure gen 3. I had to perform the Alternate way today on my 3705 model. This is also my main house heater purchased in 2008.
Low heat no matter how many of the indicator lights showed. Performed the thermostat resetting to no avail after using compressed air to clean most of the dust out.
Purchased a new board and heating elements from you a few yrs ago to keep on the shelf. You know how it is, your heater will fail in the dead of winter.
The elements ohmed out at 13 with one being lower at 9.7 ohms. (for those wanting to troubleshoot your elements)
This unit had never been cleaned properly ie torn down, so cleaned the blower assembly, changed out the elements since I was inside and inspected the circuit board. The relay on the board was smoked for the high heat mode I am guessing.
Easy enough fix with a screw gun since there are so many screws for this complete tear down.
I will now have to reorder more parts from you, but thanks for the video.

FYI,,,,on my unit there were three screws down each side of the bottom, in addition to the five screws you showed, that needed to be removed before sliding the case off. Thanks, again, Mike

It would have been nice if paul would have talked about the heating element itself and describe how to know if the element is good or bad. But he didnt! so I learned how to take the heater apart but not how to identify a bad element if one is going bad.

Our Gen3 crapped out on us last night, stopped putting out heat. Filter was just cleaned and still no heat, and I am figuring one or more elements are the culprit. So then, is there any way to tell just with a visual inspection if an element is good or not, and can they be replaced individually, or would I have to buy the entire bundle of 6?
I replaced the bulbs on the Eden Pure 1000A. But now when I plug the heater in the power button doesn't work -- two lights come on, but they are not the power button. I think I put the two connector cables back properly.
How do you change the bulbs, my heater is blowing cold air!
Paul what happens if All bulbs are working and after about 5 mins. It clicks and the bulbs turn off bit it still keeps running no heat? EdenPure Gen 3
I have two elements that are out on my 1000xl, would that cause the internal fuse on the board to blow? I put a piece of foil across the fuse to test it and it works but I hate to buy elements if the blown fuse wasn't caused by the bad elements.
We recently replaced all 6 heating elements on our gen 3, and only 2 heat up. It was not heating as hot and so that’s why we replaced them. Since this did not solve the issue, what else cud it b??

Mine just stopped heating after 15 years. Contemplating on buying a new heater at Lowe’s for $100 or buying new bulbs for my $400 eden pure.

Will these Gen 3 heaters have the bright red glow when on? I replaced all 6 elements and could visually see the 5 open element glow red but not the hidden long element. Does the long element create the red glow? I only turned heater on long enough with the case off to visually see the elements glow red then turned it off.
Doesn’t show you how to change nog bulb. One little mention but can’t see.
Same model did everything.. But my cover only slides about 5 inches then catches on something.. I cannot get the cover to slide off.. Spent 2 hours pulling yanking and struggling but it just will not slide more than 5 inches

How do i get the broken parts of heater?
I have an EdenPure Gen2 heater that only works when it's set on "10". It remains on, and doesn't turn off when the room is heated sufficiently. Any idea what would cause this?
