You are the absolute best on the tube when it comes to delivering good USEFUL info on the ins and outs of quality physichal and mental training- LOVE IT
Has anyone else tried mindfulness while training? I read about it, and it's been awesome. I just focus without music or anything playing in my ears, concentrating intensely on each rep and movement. Slowly. Deliberately. Actually feeling it and not forcing it. I started learning about mindfulness using books like 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and the Tao Te Ching. Then I started to take that same approach into the gym and outside sprints. I can't work out with music now or any distractions, just complete concentration.
You will be my power training coach when im a pro boxer ❤
Jon Jones was the one who talked about “imagining the worst outcome possible”. He said once you’re comfortable with getting knocked out cold in the first round, you’ll perform at your best. Great video.
Your outlook and philosophy is genius
Just subscribed. Easy to listen to and to understand
I like your videos keep going bro❤️
Great video! I personally like the scientific background & the level of details behind your content. Thanks!
Can you make a video about how to appropriately move up weightclasses? Meaning how do you gain weight with minimal loss of speed and power and ideally increase speed and power. Basically bodybuilding but the goal isnt aesthetics but fight performance.
This is a dog eat dog world in every aspect as you mentioned only the hungry will win
Love your content. Just keep making videos. Just a small advice. Don't be so scientific when explaining. You have a great knowledge but would like to get to the point a little bit faster when explaining preparatin for sport specific.
All the best!
power training, can you make a video about masturbation and how it can ruin an athlete performance?
Good stuff
