Sadly let me break it to you, as i too was a prey for this scam. This is not the 46mm model, but it is the 42mm model. You can check the difference of both. I had a 44mm normal watch 4 and when it stopped working after 2 yrs i thought of buying new, which is this. Out of an accident, i noticed my 44mm has a larger screen than this one. The 46mm model doesn't have a protruding part between it's side switches.
