it’s like a special made for HBO or Netflix! i’m glad erwan is finally drawing out his vision for featr and has an incredible team to help him out! he’s extremely vital for the community and industry and he definitely deserves more recognition on how he loves and showcases the Philippines 🇵🇭
Thank you Erwan for featring people like the Sama and Imam. It’s very inspiring and admirable. Watching this makes me respect and appreciate our people and our country even more. Proud to be Pinoy! ❤
Another tale of exceptional feat under water…. I felt so proud of Imam, being unassuming and relatively lacks some gadgets to enhance his capabilities, however his passion and culture made it possible for him to score his NR… Another magnificent story and the diversity of living on the water and underwater… Excellent job, Thank you👏👏👍♥️ Unforgettable Mae
Ang lungkot lang isipin na mas marami pang views ang walang kwentang mga content creator dito sa Pilipinas kisa sa marami kang matutunan at subrang laking tulong nito sa Pilipinas for me deserve ng FEATR mag million views every videos.
Keep on creating, Erwan! Yours is the best docu series this country has ever seen. And, more power to Manoy Elidio. I hope he gets the recognition that he truly deserves and inspire the young generation of the Sama people. 🙏👏
The themes and topics and especially the people you feature makes me realize how much I miss the homeland. Please keep it up, never stop and inspire more creators and especially your team. Your passion for the Philippines hopefully gets more views. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
ibang level ng pag promote, very entertaining and informative. Hindi lang sa lenovo pero pati si pro diver Imam at sa trourism sakanila at the same time, nakaka proud kasi may ganito sa pilipinas . this is the first time i saw this kind of plot line as well. appreciate it!
Watching this made me emotional. I felt the love and respect for Freediving and for saving our ocean. Filipinos have a big future in this sport. Looking forward for Imam and other filipino free divers to make history in Freediving!
You're the best program! FEATR beats any Docu, vlogging .. etc. Hope Erwan and FEATR gets the well deserved recognition in the Philippines and world wide. Philippine Dept of Tourism should follow your examples on how to best promote the Philippines.
Cleaning the Philippines; cities & provinces would be the first step in 'promoting' tourism. No matter how great vlogs such as this one, but seeing how dirty our country is pointless.
One of the best Filipino storytellers! These Filipino gems (stories) are meant to last a lifetime, and I am fully convinced that Featr is making these stories go a long way. 1000/100
I hope Imam can train the newer generations of his tribe to get involved in the sports of freediving. I know many would want to see the potentials of their local traditions in the field of freediving, not just spearfishing. These are the natural deep divers that didn't have the opportunity to have modern training programs.
How cruel is our government for making them leave their community. They should have been helped. In Brunei, the houses on stilts are so beautiful. I hope this video will be a start for them to receive help from the local and national government.
FEATR, i hope you never ever stop making videos like this! These are so relaxing and educational and heartwarming. I cry almost every episode because I’m so touched by the people you feature. We are similar in the sense that it’s the people and their story that is most important ❤ Kudos to your team for finding these incredible Filipinos. Filipinos like Iman need to be featured more in mainstream media. You guys are definitely such a hidden gem!
So lovely to watch. Hope you got him free dive gloves, and footies (aquasocks). Or asked Intel to sponsor some to leave with the tribes - to help prolong the livelihood of their communities... in exchange for your footage. ;) "Always leave things better than you found them." - an old Eco-Diver edict.
This inspires me more to be a good underwater filmmaker or whatever im doing. Yeah diving and filming is tiring and hard. Most of my good shot are from accidental shot lol. I love the cinematography, editing, script and the story. Worth subscribing 😍
The thumbnail is very clever. It reminds me of Nirvana's Nevermind album. Overall, congrats to the FEATR team for this amazing effort of 'purposeful content creation'.
We Sama people esp the man in the southern part of Philippines has this ability. They say the badjao sama when they are small child they use to be thrown to water to learned how to swim at early childhood.Thats why most of them esp badjao living besides or on the water has this ability.
Hey, I really like your shots at Coastol Road. I just saw the potential of the place to make a photo scene in my mind everytime i drive there. but you already did it. 😢😅 HAHAHA kdding.
According to science, it is proven that people who have been fishing, and diving for a living for the longest time have genetically undergone mutation of their spleen (becomes larger) which is vital for holding their breath longer. Badjao (living near seawater) people are an example of that. I just read an article about the study , and it is found out that badjaos have larger spleen compared to land people. The size is correlated to longer breath underwater.
sometimes I feel we don't deserve the FEATR videos for Free ... amazing story amazing shots . Thanks guys!
Indeed, the documentaries FEATR gives us is worth every peny.
trueeee!!! ❤

I'm surprised there hasn't been a navy or coast guard recruitment campaign of the Sama people. They're a national treasure and asset.

As someone who grew up in tawi tawi and now living in the states, this video brings me joy

the reason why i want to learn freediving ♡ is to learn how locals do fishing 💖
As always, the story telling and quality of the content takes my breath away. Bone chilling in a food way, superb job Featr. ❤
Thank you so much!
Wow, much respect to Tatay Elidio🙌
Tatay Elidio should be recognize and supported by the government.
