Good evening miss Tinarane... I've never tried Quinoar before but i think i will give it a try . I also think i would enjoy it warm as opposed to cold . A friend gave me some once and i didn't like the mushy insipid taste . Maybe its the way she did it , but Charles's way looks more inviting . Have a great evening and weekend .
I prefer it warm as well, I cook quinoa a lot, instead of rice that's what I cook. I even add peas sometimes and its really good. your friend may have added to much water when cooking, it calls for very little. try cooking it for dinner, instead of rice and let me know what you think, it supposingly have more health benefits.
