Do you think its too late for me to take basketball serious? Im 16 and a half and only started playing a week ago but ive been addicted. Ive been playing 10-12 hours a day alone and have improved super fast. Im 6"3 very athletic and I do competitive weightlifting. It took me about three days to learn to dunk but its super fun
@@soggymilk56 It depends on muscle memory especially if you do an activity with consistency or regularly, but eventually you will improve with effort and discipline.
I write and do everything with my right hand (strong hand) but when I play I am more comfortable with my left hand, I dribble harder and even do actions that my strong hand (right) cannot. I can't do it I would like an explanation if anyone can help me
