  • It sounds crazy, but we think about moves a bit too much. I get asked all the time what moves are best for a specific situation, what the most "killer moves are," and how to learn them all... but in reality, there's a better way to be thinking about this and working on it!

Any crossover move. Whether jab cross or a killer cross, I don't really put in the mental effort, it just happens🤷🏽‍♂️

    Video notes-
Dont think of what move to use, think about where you want to get to with these tools -Hang Dribble, Retreat, Shuffle, Run-at, Look-off (with rotation) , just go, Creative-- dribble timing, close out attacks, speed changes (that often happen in a straight line)::: Shot fakes, shimmy (off the triple threat), separation to space (the ability to find and to navigate to space with different type of pushouts)
Conclusion- Everyone has different things that work for them so experiment!

Thanks for the line about in and outs. For me it’s dribble spin move my body just won’t let me do it the way I’d like.
