She gets better kick and accuracy in '24 but also in wind so speed very similar. She holds toss palm up, she'd get 1 or 2 more mph if she rotated hand and pointed the ball with index finger. However if it destroys her wonderful rhythm debatable whether she even should try to rotate wrist palm down for 1-2 mph If you don't have rhythm your timing is always off. Very high toss, she should try just toss the ball as high as the sweet spot on full extension this gives her more accuracy with less effort and more consistency
Taylor Fritz has a nice serve and so does Ben Shelton. theres nothing super fancy about iga serve but she lands it a spot of great defensive capability on order to project her offense. Pliskova always had a serve I respected. Sakkari is someone who really works on these mechanics and often drives aces.
