Sadly don’t think I’ll get to do everest base camp trek for some time as A I’m still trying to talk the family round and B sad to say during my long cane training 3 weeks ago I got hit by a reversing silent car and my hip is still sore. Wasn’t my fault since I did everything I should have done including stopping and looking/listening to see if it was going to reverse, it didn’t so off I went and when I was halfway across the driveway that same car reversed and hit me. The driver said he wasn’t looking, I though mmm I noticed.

The Grünkohl was REALLY really delicious. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. It wasn't until after we posted the video we realised it was Kale. Thanks for the info. Really interesting. 😁
