Go back to that scene of the diamond & CZ being shown together. When you look at the two stones you can see that the diamond is brighter than the CZ. The CZ has kind of a darker, grayish cast to it. 😃
Some czs are hard to tell apart, the cheap ones are easy. Most czs glow under black light, though. The best Russian czs don’t even glow, though; professionals have to look at them to be certain. Diamonds almost disappear in a glass of water, but most czs can be seen clearly. So...it isn’t as easy as it sounds here.

I am pretty sure no one can legally take back a gift, even if it's a parent. She should have sued them both. The mom for stealing it, and the brother for switching the real diamond and fake diamonds.
He could've done the right thing and given it back to her and not fed into the favoritism bs, so I don't think she should feel guilty for not talking to him. It might be easier for me, as an outsider, to say that, but Kelly was treated like crap by the people who were supposed to love her unconditionally.
It's tragic what happened and it's horrible to have toxic family members.
She will find peace and forgive herself and him. Joey was roided up and willing to cut off his sister for something she didnt even do.

Her mom gives her a family heirloom then takes it back then she gets blamed for a break-in at her brother and sister-in-law's then the cops think she somehow caused the murder - all while dealing with cancer. Excellent point. It’s the simple things that prove to be the most revealing.
A lot of people don't realize that files on your phone and computer remain there until they are overwritten, even when deleted. It wouldn't make sense for a computer to overwrite deleted content with null data as it would be time consuming and reduce the life of the hardware. Text messages don't use much space so they can sit in memory for a while before being overwritten with something else. Its not that difficult to access them either. There are ways to completely overwrite them though.

I feel so awful for his entire family, but his sister having to go the rest of her life knowing she can never make peace with her brother is just awful. It hit me even harder because I have a brother I’m very close friends with and I can’t imagine having to experience that pain. RIP Joseph and Olga ❤️
I learned this lesson when I saw it happen to someone else. God I love my family! I hate being upset at them so I just take a few hours away from them cause I dont want anything to fracture our relationship or to be angry at them for an extended period.

Yes, it was a comment that can sit close to home with many, but sometimes there are strong convictions that can hold one to their stance, which created this situation for her (1 in a million mind you, but such is life). Out of experience, if anyone is holding on, and it's with a Loved one (most importantly, usually the case 'cause of the level of connection)... then one way you may want to tackle it is... break the long, strong communication barrier of stubbornness or legit conviction by simply stating that you love them, in however form it may be. Then go right back to your stance. You are in that position because you're a good person, and want that better day with them one day... that's why you're emotionally invested, otherwise you wouldn't care. It's one way to give you a bit of insurance (or assurance) from the mysterious ways of the world abruptly causing a situation on top of the situation.

That's the thing, she DID feel guilty. Just not over murdering her brother. She was expressing guilt that came from the breakdown of their relationship as she realized they were never going to be able to patch things up and move on. He was gone.

it was the mothers fault too; I have never heard of a family member giving their engagement ring to their daughter over their sons. It's customary for the groom to give the bride a ring not for her to wear her mothers engagement ring given to her by her father which is kind of creepy when you think about what that symbolizes

My hearts goes out to Joey’s family, especially his sister. She obviously regrets not talking to him. Really beautiful what she said, make up with those you love and tell them you love them. Very sad.

Apparently it's a sign of innocence in a lot of interrogations. It seems counter intuitive. But a lot of criminals like to look oblivious vs the 'oh shit I'm actually a suspect'

This is why you ask for legal representation right away, ESPECIALLY if you are innocent. The detectives job is to get a confession and close the case. A lot of them don’t care who actually did it, and only wanna “Solve” the case 😢
I watch this channel too much. My husband of 20 years passed away in his sleep on 2/3. He was on serious opiate pain meds so when the cops & med examiner showed up I was REALLY scared they'd haul me in for questioning. I was so scared but they turned out to be so sweet and caring. The cops even drove by the next eve to check on me. ❤

You can’t judge grief in RUclips videos cos when my first wife was murdered the cops looked at me cos they claimed I broke down a bit to much and when the cops refused to let me in the house they claimed my outburst was over the top .
I was hassled for two years (and not able to grieve) until they caught the killer by shear luck (a guy pulled in for another crime thought he was arrested for my wife’s murder and confessed to it once in custody)
I actually thought she was being pretty honest. She laid everything on the table. Knew that it looked suspicious too.

The likelihood is that he died immediately when he was shot and didn’t have time to process what was happening. Olga, however, sadly probably did think Kelly was involved.

@@algorithmgeneratedanimegir1286 not confirmation bias because at the time, I had no idea who he was or that he was guilty. Definitely could be a slip of the tongue but that’s usually how those hints of deception work. Nothing is ever definitive but it’s definitely an interesting data point.

I actually have enough lighting that I could get it set up for that large
