My Achilles tendon injured due to accident and repaired by surgery.after 50 days Dr suggested to walk , now it's been 13 days I started walking but stiffness and inflammation and quite hot on Achilles tendon . Please suggest me. Urgent
@@susantawyonlatham5955 icing it and using some sort of magnesium or muscle cream helps, also not agitating the muscles by exercising and limiting standing up while also doing Achilles strengthening exercises.
You should be in a boot then and get an MRI. I have some patients that this level of tension, where it feels like it is going to snap, is related to the sciatic nerve and not the tendon at all. Rich
Richard Blake I’ll probaly be fine I don’t run or anything but my family does get Arthritis quite badly and anyway I can’t really go to the hospital because I’m only like 15

Usually just called pre-wrap you can get it at most athletics stores or like CVS and stores like that

When i running then i felt high pain in anchilliea tendoua .....so if i use this belt then can i release pain??
