All taped up. Here’s hoping I don’t react to the adhesive. I do to tapes used in hospitals so we will see! I do feel instant relief with the tape on. Will try to remember to update each week.
The foot taping really works but I have been taping my foot for a few months now. You tape your foot till it gets better. BTW, the tape gives you instant relief.
