As far as the laundry every floor has two days out of a week to go and do laundry which didn't work for me. I want to be able to go and do my laundry when I feel. This is the reason why I felt so uncomfortable with that apartment and their whole policies and procedures I felt like I was being controlled I didn't feel free. I have been watching on RUclips "Skoolie transformation", and it is very appealing to me.

We was put through a whole lot more hell just getting up to the point where we were approved by HPD and we were assigned this apartment the only thing we weren't asked for in terms of documents was a pint of my blood, a pint of my son's blood and where my father is buried (I'm not exaggerating I'm very serious).

I did watch it. Many of the tax credit properties including where I live, you have to pay for water, trash, parking, amenity fee. So it adds up quick! Plus with all electric, the bill is very high. Basically nothing is included in your rent. But that meter on the toilet is a first. Never seen that. Also the a.c. being a separate bill is a new one. Doesn't make sense to me.

You said you've been applying since 2015? Take another look at your application there must be something that you must be missing or needs to be updated. I've gotten selected for several NYC lotteries. At first I wasn't getting selected and I was wondering why and then I had to take a second look at my application particularly my income information. I had to just go through my information with a fine tooth comb and make sure that everything is up to speed, everything checks out correct. Do not lie on your application because they will find out. Make sure you select a development that your income can support don't go above your means.

I turned down the lottery apartment too. I don’t believe in giving in all of that unnecessary paperwork for something I’ll never own. Didn’t like the nosiness.
Why do they always give the housing lottery winners white appliances in their apartments but the people paying market price get stainless steel appliances.
I'm going to make a nice video on that one. The councilwoman or man in my community and across the five boroughs want to remove stainless steel appliances out of all these new buildings and put in these white electric stove and fridge as a way to conserve energy. Go on Google and check what I'm saying they're trying to take out all the gas stoves out of these new buildings and replace them with electric stove that's why they put that meter on the toilet in that apartment and that little switch in the bedrooms which to me is a sense of trying to control how people live and I was not having it.

One of the important things about that building that was shown to me was that right around the corner was a homeless shelter and they did not think I knew that but I did interestingly they didn't even mention that to me he mentioned a church but he didn't mention the homeless shelter.

Nycha residence has been complaining for many many years about no hot water no gas no heat etc. Nycha has shown me and my son disaster apartment after disaster apartment all in the presence of my lawyers. Then nycha against court order almost brought me and my son to death with pneumonia in our lungs. Look who they give this luxury apartment to after 2 years? My question is why didn't they show him one of those disaster apartments in nycha.. this will confirm that nycha does not give a damn about their own. The voucher that these individuals receive is from our tax dollars and from our rent that's where the funding comes from, and that's why nycha will drag someone if they do not pay their rent because the funds are needed to be placed into these vouchers so that these individuals could live better than us? I went for the lease signing today and I refused it, see the reason following my recent video. I was not impressed with the stipulations.

After you watch this video.. you might get really pissed off. Nycha residence has been complaining for many many years about no hot water no gas no heat etc. Nycha has shown me and my son disaster apartment after disaster apartment all in the presence of my lawyers. Then nycha against court order almost brought me and my son to death with pneumonia in our lungs. Look who they give this luxury apartment to after 2 years? My question is why didn't they show him one of those disaster apartments in nycha.. this will confirm that nycha does not give a damn about their own. The voucher that these individuals receive is from our tax dollars and from our rent that's where the funding comes from, and that's why nycha will drag someone if they do not pay their rent because the funds are needed to be placed into these vouchers so that these individuals could live better than us? Hell no
