If you are already a USRN i would suggest u come to USA with EB3 visa then you can study while you work Starting pay in hospital depends on your years of experience usually starting abt 30$ per hour

Tapai EB3 visa ma USA jane ho bhane chai u need to do the endorsement from Nepal but if tapai arkai visa ma janu bhaeko ho bhane USA gaera garnu bhae pani huncha but my suggestion is Nepal ma padhnu bhaeko bhae nepal bata nai garnu bhae sajilo huncha . If u come through agency they usually give you starting salary of 30$ per hour in texas 960-970 is only after tax additional health insurance is deductible from that and it depends on whichever insurance plan you choose from your employer
