Have you bought the upgrade with jammer arms and leg curl attachment. I’m thinking about it but not sure if it is worth to buy. I’ve had my g12 for about 3 years and love it but wish I didn’t have to spend so much time doing leg curls and hamstrings with the cables.
I believe that bench is specifically designed for the limited back space. However, there is a v2 of the G12 that I believe has more back space than the v1 I have.
I am able to use the leg press with no issues. it does feel awkward having to lay on the floor to use the leg press. I have this video on the leg press: ruclips.net/video/6dKX2eVRN_w/видео.html
You said in your video the j hooks measure about 50 inches outside to outside. Is that exactly 50 or about. A standard bar is exactly 50 inches on the inside. Do they offer a bar that is a couple inches wider? Not interested in benching with Smith so this could be a deal breaker unfortunately. Thanks
The distance between the factory, J hooks, outside to outside, is 49-3/4 inches. My Rogue Power Bar is 51-1/2 inches between the sleeves. I did purchase aftermarket J hooks because I wanted to protect the bar better when putting it back on the factory J hooks. I have a separate video with J hooks that I purchased.

I haven’t looked at other attachments for legs, I’ve primarily stayed with squatting for now.
Is the FORCEUSA MYBENCH V2 also suitable for making the incline bench press? Thanks

Do you have a problem using the leg press as well? I have a g12 myself and I feel awkward when using the leg press.

Hello Tony, how is your experience with your G12 so far? I am about to move forward with either a G6 or the G12. Thx
What did model did you decide on? How do you like it
10mo with this unit, do you still recommend?
I would recommend the G12. ForceUSA has a new version of the G12-v2 with some upgrades. Mine is v1.
@@TonysGym I went with the “Dane” by FringeSports
What kind of flooring do you have ?
I use horse stall mats from Tractor Supply. They are made from rubber with a very strong smell. The. smell will go away somewhat, but not completely.
Any issues having placed against the wall like that?
No issues really. But the space is somewhat tight when placing 45lb plates on the weight storage horns, bit not a deal breaker.
Does a lot in a smaller footprint
Exactly! I'm using half of my two car garage as a gym and the G12 fits perfectly.
The Rep Ares is a much better buy than this.
The only thing the Ares does not have is a smith machine. If I didn't want the smith I would have gone with the Ares.
