I'm right with you on using the right weight, proper form, being slow and controlled on the negative, and getting a pump as a guideline. Stimulate, don't annihilate, as Lee Haney would say. One of my phrases is "Slow to grow, slow to go." Quality muscle built slowly and correctly has more cellular integrity than than the overblown and quickly grown suff. By the way, youre arms are starting to get their size and shape back. Keep it up, man 👍🏼
Not this channel but I can not wait to hear you break down the psychology of a card! I always thought of the under card as an appetizer dont get me full before the main course aka Main event.
Hey there Stevie, how about the smoothness of the 1:1 pulley vs the 2:1 on the isolation moves? Its the only one matter that concern me, i do normally prefer the 2:1 for those exercises. Thanks!
You’re right. Some exercises for me, like delt raises and others, can feel heavy even on the lightest 1:1 ratio weight stack. I personally enjoyed the 2:1 and 4:1 on the G15 Pro. If you do decide to purchase one of the 2:1 all in one trainers, please use my link: www.forceusa.com/stevie
Tricep cable push down I get a crazy pump at a very light weight. To get a comparable pump with a barbell I have to incline bench 135 pounds for several reps.
For the price, the G3 is excellent. Obviously, it’s a plate loaded trainer vs the weight stack of the G12. However, if you don’t require the weight stacks, the G3 will serve you well. If you do decide to purchase, please use my link: www.forceusa.com/stevie
Nice video Stevie. Can't wait for the full review of the C10 and the benches!!!!!
Stay tuned. Thanks for your patience.
I like the format and the use of the whiteboard - good stuff as always, mate 👍💙
Great format.
I like your studio .

I like how the previous g12 was wider and had a t.v. mount.
