I once played Maurice and I never was able to hear the girl playing Belle sing that song without being moved to tears both in character and in reality.

You are really good fantastic you are my new inspiration. I'm 13 and Belle is one of my favorite Disney characters and you have brought her to life in the best way possible. I look up to you and wish I could've seen the whole performance. I live in the U.S so I couldn't see it but seeing this video makes me wish I would've gotten on a plane to see you because this is phenomenal whatever you do never stop performing.

This is so lovely. I got chills from the first chorus. I was expecting a belt on the key change, but it still ended up being so tender and sweet, it was pulled off so well. Gives me hope since I can't belt for the life of me lol.

i am playing belle in our youth theater program this spring i love love love your performance
I sang this song as my final assignment for my voice class (THAT was scary lol). Belle is one of my favorite characters of all time, if not THE favorite -- she was the first and only princess I really felt was much like me. I agree with a key point in these comments: this song is not meant to be belted. Maybe people want it to be, but I think the words and the melody are very powerful as they are...and Belle is a very soft-spoken, thoughtful young lady. She doesn't need volume. Beautifully done.

This song makes me want to learn to sing. Belle is my favourite Disney princess and my dream is to one day be able to confidently sing her songs on stage. But I don't have that "natural talent" for singing and can't afford to take lessons. All I can do is try to teach myself and that just doesn't work. Maybe someday...

I see what you mean, but I actually like that... I think belting maybe isn't the best singing technique for Belle, this approach fits the character better imo :)
