i think this remind us about the reality where parents usually force their children to do what they want and what they think is the best for them without think of the child's emotion and hobbies
i mean in this video the mother just completely refuse her son's hobbies and force him to do what she think is the best
she even threaten her son's flowers as a way to make him to do what she likes

The clever thing is that up to the very last moment, his mother had a choice. She could've chosen to accept Harold, to see his true worth for what he is. But she stubbornly and selfishly rejected that.
It takes zero effort to not be a jerk.

I love how he let Bobby knock him out, Harald made his legacy, and he knows that Bobby will be able to hold the title. It was always an easy way for him to retire, also I think the The Plant ended up spitting the mother out considering she was to big for it

The closing credits were awesome! The flower spits up a boot with a bone sticking out of it, all that remained of his mother! He had to do it, though, she taught him a bit too well!
The disreguard of life and the beauty of a simple flower is such a disheartening quality all for recognition derived from some one elses hard work. The satisfaction of finnaly loseing the fight was all he needed to free himself to pursue something wunderful and less violent
Some children don't deserve their parents and some parents don't deserve their children
And the ones that are often most deserving, are usually not the ones that get to have them.

She used him to make herself happy. He loved her and she used that to her own advantage. He finally grows his own courage and uses that to defend himself against her manipulations. Eventually he's his own man and is free to do whatever the F he wants. The End.

This video reminds me of a webtoon comic I'm looking at called "The Strongest Florist." It's about a guy who's big, muscular, and scary-looking, but is a nice guy who loves growing flowers and wants to open a flower shop one day. His father, though, wants to train him to be an MMA fighter. So he secretly plays a popular virtual reality game to create his flower shop in the game. He goes through all sorts of adventures and trials, but his dream is to still open a flower shop through it all.

I didn't like the end as eventually, he became as his mom. There is no difference between what he and his mom did. I would have appreciated if he would have molded his mom with his love.

@Apoorva Chawla Well honestly I think that she thought he gave her the flower as a kind gesture, and decided to purposely use it against him. I doubt there was any going back for her. But I do think it would have been better if she wasn't eaten. Maybe instead he could've just stopped following her with the blue flower showing she didn't control him. It would be cool if he was about to punch someone and then stopped, walking over to his mom and then raising his fist by head as if he was going to punch *her*. Then he could smash it down next to her with his mask in hand and just drop it there and leave.

Some mothers raised their children just to exploit them, there is nothing in this world that can make them change.
My mom has like 8 sisters and brothers and their mom always abused them in an awful way and most of them were good children, but their mom continues to be a real mean person and I've seen it, even experienced her abuse as child (5-6) now I'm close to 40 and that lady has not changeda bit, she's like 85 now...
